Welcome to Sigma Automotive

Sigma Automotive is a family business. We specialise is SVA test preparation; lighting conversions for US vehicles are our particular speciality. We also repair substandard lighting conversions, as well at fit UK towing apparatus to non-European vehicles. Our interest in this field was born from ownership of stretch limousines. Sigma Automotive was founded on the basis that our limousines required an SVA test and I quite quickly took on an electronic engineer to design and implement our requirements for lighting conversions. We now offer probably the most technologically advanced solution for vehicle lighting conversions available on the market today. Our presence is seen on the Mustang Owners Club of Great Britian, where my customers have commented on the quality of our services.

I am responsible for many areas of the business; this website, dealing with clients on a technical basis as well as all other aspects of customer care, working on the vehicles, developing new products and enhancing existing ones and much more!

My father, Nick, is based in the office and on the road. He recently joined us and has come on board to increase capacity for an increasing work load and help provide a more efficient service. He administers most clerical work in the office and may well be your first point of contact when you call. He also collects and delivers vehicles for us too. If you choose collection or delivery he will almost always be the person you will see.

Lewis heads up the technical aspect of the business. He has developed many products for us, which are probably unique to this business. We pride ourselves on his work, which always provides 1st class results. We have facilities to design and manufacture printed circuit boards and custom electronic systems, all under his control. All of our electronic control modules we use are developed and manufactured in-house.

Two years on from this SVA preparation work is our core business and we have recently introduced "SVA-2-U", whereby we offer a mobile service. This has been in response to our clients' requirements and is proving very convenient for them. We now also carry out full electrical conversions on American motor homes from 120v to the 230v European system, including all generators, sockets and even AV systems and Digital TV.
